I was once in your shoes. In fact, I have been in every possible shoe. I know the desire to change your habits. I know the complete exhaustion of a fight camp. Most importantly, I know the determination to keep going.

It all began with punching. Boxing is a pillar at Nikki Campbell Fitness. It has changed me to my utmost core. It allowed me to find myself as a person and a trainer and I truly believe that everyone can benefit from what it has to teach. So whether your goal is to learn a new sport, step into the ring for the first time or stress relief; boxing is where it all starts. Personal and group training is always available and encouraged.

Strength and conditioning are what shape me; literally and figuratively. There is nothing more empowering than being able to hit a PR in a lift or extend how many reps you can hit or fast you can go. At the crux of strength training is form and technique and that is what I always offer first and foremost. Personal training really goes beyond the physical to help you unlock your life potential.

Bored with your regular gym scene? Well then take me on vacation with you and we’ll spice it up. Being able to combine travel with my business was a dream or something only seen in movies. But now you can book me for a specialized fitness retreat, team building or girls weekend. Travel is in my bones and a joy that I love to share.
